Anthony Richardson 'probably' done for the season, Colts owner Jim Irsay says

Indianapolis Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson may not play again this season due to a shoulder sprain he suffered in a Week 5 win over the Tennessee Titans.
Colts owner Jim Irsay told ESPN on Monday that the rookie will "probably" miss the rest of the regular season, with surgery possible in the next week or so.
The No. 4 overall pick in this year's draft has missed two games and left two others early as the Colts have gotten off to a 3-3 start.
"He's probably going to be gone for the year," Irsay said. "I mean, it's not definite but (he) probably misses this year and we're going to have to contend with that factor."
Richardson suffered a Grade 3 AC joint sprain in his throwing shoulder against the Titans and was placed on injured reserve last week. He and the Colts are weighing the short- and long-term impacts before making a final decision on surgery.

"There's debate going, but it's probably going to lead toward surgery in the next week or so," Irsay said. "We're just trying to figure out exactly how and when and what we want to do and what Anthony wants to do."
In the meantime, veteran Gardner Minshew has taken over at quarterback. He threw for 329 yards on Sunday against Jacksonville, but committed four turnovers in a 37-20 loss.
